[The Linen Cupboard London] at present, only delivers to UK Mainland and UK Offshore, including Northern Ireland and Ireland.
We are planning to update the customer delivery options, to 24hr (tracked) delivery and if there is a demand to expand into Europe and the Rest of the World, in the near future.

Standard delivery prices are directly linked to the charges of the courier companies we use, and we have no control over the delivery prices to our UK customers.

All online orders take between 3- 10 working days to be delivered, if the item(s) are instock at the London shop.
Orders may take longer to deliver, if not in stock. Items maybe dispatched direct from the supplier.
All item(s) are dispatched Standard Delivery (3- 10 working days)
All items for delivery are based on weight (g), location and actual size (cms) of product.
All items to be shipped are inspected thoroughly and packaged securely for delivery.
We make sure all items are in no way damaged before dispatched.
If any items are not in stock, we will email you to confirm delivery date, or deliver within 10 working days.
Only, If you would like to order more than eight quantities of the same product, please make a subsequent order or contact us through the website, with your order, if you need assistance.
Only for very expensive blankets, duvets, pillows and sheets, a higher rate of insurance, can be arranged at cost, on request. If, no request is made they will be sent out Standard (Signed For) Delivery. VAT (20%) is payable on delivery and is added at checkout.

Please note: If the item(s) ordered online are not in stock, you will be notified by email.
Please do not come to pick up orders if you have not be notified by email, as your order will not have been processed.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us immediately by email.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you [the customer] have a statutory 'cooling off' period of seven days from the day you receive your goods, if you wish to cancel your order with us for any reason within the seven days, please notify us, in writing through the website.
Once we have received your request to return the order, and then only if the goods have been returned to us, within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will refund you the full amount, for the item(s) returned.
We do not offer paid for returns, all returns must be returned and paid for by the customer.
Please note: If you choose to return the item(s) to us within the seven- day period.
a) We cannot offer you a refund, if the goods are lost in transit or, if not previously stated so, returned damaged in any way. So we strongly recommend returning the item(s) recorded delivery, to avoid any mishaps.
b) We also do not refund the postal costs, in regards to you [the customer] returning the goods.
If a non-faulty product is returned, and is not in a fully resale able condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.Refunds will only be made once the returned products are received.
In the case where we cannot offer you with a replacement, please note:
a) Credit/ debit cards can take up to four/ five days to clear.
b) Paypal refunds can take up to seven- days to credit your account, and are subject to paypal refund regulations.
If for any reason you would like to return an item(s) or have received any damaged goods, please see below:
1/ Repack the item(s).
2/ Please take photos of the items before sending goods, back to us. The goods must be retured to us, as received.
3/ Email us to confirm you have returned the order, with the photos to: firstname.lastname@example.org
4/ Ensure the order number and order details are enclosed with the purchase order slip.
5/ Please attached a short explanation and reason why the product is being returned to us.
6/ Return the item(s) to the sender, with the heading:
The Linen Cupboard London (Online Returns) Please request the address to return the item(s) by emailing a request to return to: email@example.com
7/ If we believe the product is damaged in any way, we will offer you the opportunity to exchange the product and we will post you out a replacement.
Please note: If the ordered items cannot be returned to the above London address, the returnable goods, must be returned by the customer to the sender, in most cases this will be the supplier. The address to send the returned goods should be requested by email. (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Please note: If the items are returned after the seven- day period we cannot offer you a refund.
The Linen Cupboard has the right to refuse a refund, after the seven- day period, if we believe the product is not damaged.
Returns of damaged items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. We do not exchange products deemed to be subject to wear and tear.
Please note: We will only exchange damaged item(s) up to seven days after the delivery date.
Items that are not in stock at the London shop, and are dispatched and shipped directly from our suppliers, may differ slightly from the product advertised on the website, and may not include branded paperwork.
This is due to discontinued or updated stock ranges.
This cannot be predicted or foreseen and we cannot accept any responsibility for these changes by the supplier.
